This is a famous Bugatti Veyron which has been featured in an episode of Top Gear (Season 13, ep 2) during a drag race involving also Stig in a McLaren F1 in Dubai. The car belongs to the Abu Dhabi royal family. Originally the car was all red with the Veyron stock wheels, but then the hood has been replaced with a new one in carbon fiber and the wheels with the Hermes edition.
